About the channel

After moving out west to AZ in 2019 for a lifestyle change and easier access to mountains, I bought a GoPro in May 2021 and started recording portions of my hikes. Not only it is a way for friends and family to see what I'm up to, but also I want the hiking community to benefit from my videos, as I tend to do a lot of longer, harder, and/or offtrail type adventures. I'm hopeful my footage will help others as they decide if these hikes are suitable for them! I'm always happy to answer any questions in the comments. I hike all over the Western US but have lived all over, so have hiked on the east coast as well. Unfortunately plenty of my hiking was before I started recording videos. Over time I will start expanding more internationally, and I went to Iceland in the summer of 2022, and bagged Blanc and Matterhorn in August 2024. Summer of 2025 included Gannett Peak, Granite Peak, Borah Peak, and other WY/MT stuff. Future plans: Dolomites, Patagonia, CA 14ers, New Zealand. Happy hiking!
