About the channel
Beginner runner. Inflatable costume enthusiast. Parkrun regular. Welcome to the weirdest running channel on YouTube with myself and partner Gemma . If you've ever wanted to start running but thought it looked too serious, too fast, or too intimidating you're in the right place. I'm the Inflatable Runner, and I'm proof that you don't need to be good at running to love it. What you'll find here: Race day vlogs & Parkrun adventures across the UK Beginner running tips (including my favourite: the Lamp Post Method) Couch to 5k encouragement for brand new runners Run with me videos in increasingly ridiculous inflatable costumes and maybe Gemma in one too. Funny running moments, fails, and the occasional surprise for unsuspecting parkrunners Whether you're just starting out or you've been running for years and need a laugh, come join the inflatable chaos. Spotted me at a Parkrun? Come say hi - I'm the one in the costume. https://www.facebook.com/share/1BqyjmxZQH/
