About the channel
As an experienced (and learning) backyard gardener, I've created this channel as a way to share what I've learned over the past 10 years. I grow mostly the typical fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, squash, peppers and melons. Being located in the southern California high desert, I face many challenges in having a home garden, but many of the tips I share can be applied wherever you are to help you with those same struggles in your garden. You can expect videos on a variety of gardening topics, geared toward the beginner gardener. Drip irrigation, starting seeds, planting, composting, raised gardens, shade covers and wind breaks are just some of the topics I will cover. I try to keep my videos simple and straight-forward so that they will be helpful without over complicating things.
