About the channel

I'm Jenny. I live in Florida, and somewhere after 60 I got back in the pool and remembered what it feels like to show up for yourself. This channel isn't about swimming. It's about what happens when you finally stop putting yourself last. Water is just where I do my thinking. If you've been through something hard, caregiving, illness, loss, just the long slow business of getting through difficult seasons, and you're starting to wonder if there's still something left for you, you're in the right place. I tell stories from the pool. Real ones. Some funny, some heavy, most of them wet. And at the end I always want to know if any of it sounds familiar to you.
