About the channel
Photo & Video Tips, Honest Reviews, and Useful Tutorials. I'm Jerad Hill, a Husband, Father of 4, Entrepreneur (Since 2000), YouTuber, Photographer, and Pilot. Follow alongside my photo and video journey as I explore camera gear and how I use it to create a living. In 2005, I purchased my first DSLR and started shooting professionally shortly thereafter. Primarily self-taught, I love to give back to the community through storytelling, reviews, and insights into the industry. Please consider checking out my other work and online photography courses. This channel has had a few names such as Ditch Auto and Gear & Light. Since most of my content is about my journey as a photographer, I decided to rebrand it under my name. I desire to build a community around the photo and video creation process. Let's learn together!
