That led to burnout and a life that looked good on paper but left me feeling unfulfilled (and rly exhausted, lol) My 30s are dedicated to slowing down, healing from burnout, and building my version of a peacefully productive life. I founded my planner + productivity company, Hustle Sanely, in 2018 to help other women do the same. Here you’ll find Hustle Sanely podcast episodes + book content because reading novels is one of my favorite ways to rest and has played a big role in helping me recover from burnout! (P.S.
