About the channel
I’m Kristoffer Ingebrigtsen – the oldest Ingebrigtsen brother. No Olympic golds here, just early alarms, long runs, and a stubborn love for training. Join me for marathon prep, honest training videos, and the occasional reality check from Norwegian weather. You’ll also find videos from athletics in Norway – mostly of the Ingebrigtsen family, but also other athletes and moments from the track. Inquiries/contact k.ingebrigtsenr@gmail.com
