We Empower Kids through Play and Movement Too often kids are treated as fragile and incapable. With our program kids will become physically and emotionally strong, ready to better the world! And we do that through fun, adventure like brain brain breaks and workouts. Our programs are based on the 5 pillars of social and emotional development: - self-awareness - self-management - social awareness - relationship building and - responsible decision-making.
