About the channel
We Empower Kids through Play and Movement Too often kids are treated as fragile and incapable. With our program kids will become physically and emotionally strong, ready to better the world! And we do that through fun, adventure like brain brain breaks and workouts. Our programs are based on the 5 pillars of social and emotional development: - self-awareness - self-management - social awareness - relationship building and - responsible decision-making. Everything we do is based on our values: play, connect, embrace, move and grow! Join our community and subscribe to our channel. We constantly add new content. Our YouTube channels gives you an idea who we are and what we do. Many of the videos are easy follow-along sessions that do not require any special equipment.
