About the channel

Welcome! I’m Lisa, in my 50s and working to get my finances in order so I can retire by 62. I started this channel in 2018 with $85,000 in debt and $0 in retirement savings. Today I’m debt free except for my mortgage, have over $100,000 saved for retirement, and an emergency fund in place. I work a full-time remote job I’ve had for over a decade, and I share my real-life journey managing my income, budgeting, and building retirement savings later in life. In 2024, my daughter and I purchased a home together, and one of our goals is to pay it off and build long-term financial stability. Here you’ll find videos about budgeting, spending plans, retirement progress, personal planning, and everyday lifestyle content. If you’re starting your financial journey later in life, you’re not alone. I believe small, consistent steps can change your financial future.
