Hi and welcome to my channel. My name is Judith, and I live with Myalgia Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). I make videos to give hope, tips, help break loneliness and share my life experiences with ME/CFS. ** DISCLAIMER ** CFS/ME is a chronic illness that is lived differently by those affected and has a degree of severity going from mild to extremely severe (bed/house bound). My videos represents only a fraction of a day in a week/month. Most of my time is spent by light activities and rest. Judith Connect with me! They can present themselves in different time in a day, week and at different intensity. 1. Cognitive Problems 2. Erratic Sleep/Sleep that isn't refreshing 3. Muscle and Joint Pain 4. Vertigo 5. Post-exertional malaise 6. Sensitivity to External Stimuli 7. Paresthesia 8. Difficulty Staying Upright
