About the channel
Christian history | Early Christianity | Overlooked texts | Scholarly commentaries What you’ll find on this channel: • Scholarship Reviews • Book Reviews • Interviews • Explainer Videos I am a teacher of Religious Studies who trained within the UK university system (BA, MA, MA, PGCert), with advanced study in systematic, philosophical, and historical theology. In the UK and in other parts of the world, Religious Studies, theology, and Christian history are increasingly being sidelined, particularly within some universities and schools. Yet, these fields contain some of the most challenging, strange, and rewarding ideas in intellectual history. This channel is about sharing why these subjects still matter and why they’re exciting to think about. For viewers interested in biblical history, early Christianity, biblical criticism, and historical theology.
