About the channel

I am Lincoln Han, 4th degree (Yodan) black belt and head instructor and director of Judo Link in Caserta, Italy, where we focus on teaching complete Kodokan judo, both as a sport and a martial art. This is a place for me to share some of our quality teaching of Judo. You will also find my curated video about judo and jacket wrestling sports. One of Judo Link's top strength is our highly effective program teaching judo to older teenager to adult beginners, one of the most neglected aspects of judo teaching. Here you will find many of our teaching methods on video. I was competitive for most of my judo career. Despite starting judo as an adult, I achieved a silver medal at the 2015 World Championships for Master at the competitive -73kg M1 category. I also practiced and competed other jacket wrestling such as Kurash and Shuai-jiao. As an IJF Certified Coach, I graduated with top score for technical specialization. As a judo commentator I worked at some big international events.
