About the channel
When I started my weight loss journey and started training to be a runner, I looked all over for a relatable person who did it! I needed to see someone like me who was getting out there and smashing it! I didn't have the confidence to go outside and run because I thought I was too big, and worried about being judged! WELL after searching online I found loads of inspiring people but no one who looked like they had the same struggles as me! That's when I decided to be the overweight, sweaty, not care what people think person that I needed to see. I found my confidence, lost 70lbs and even ended up running a marathon!! I'm here to be your virtual running buddy :) Let's get out and do this together because if I can do it...SO CAN YOU!
