Lyrical Opera Theater brings beloved operas to Utah communities using new technology to provide high quality, high class opera in an affordable way. We perform fully staged operas in their entirety and original languages engaging local, internationally acclaimed, seasoned performers as well as young and upcoming talent. LOT uses scenery projection with clear, large English supertitle translations projected above the scenery so audience members can easily understand and follow the story. We perform in small venues enabling our audiences to have up close experiences with rich operatic voices and to actually see singers' facial expressions.
