About the channel

This channel explores communication, learning, and behaviour change in clinical practice and education. I’m an educator, podcaster, and neurodiversity advocate exploring how people think, communicate, and learn in real-world settings. My work focuses on improving communication in clinical practice and education—particularly in how we create environments that support different ways of thinking and learning. Alongside my work in Further Education, I support clinicians through teaching, CPD, and the Communication & Behaviour Change Skills for Clinical Practice course. I host the STA Clinician Podcast and run the 'Neurodivergent Practitioners Health & Care' Facebook community—spaces built around open, non‑hierarchical discussion. Across everything I do, I value clarity, curiosity, inclusivity, and evidence‑informed thinking.
