About the channel
This channel is a medium helping to understand Obstetrics and Gynecology by decoding the medicine behind the surgical craft. The videos are useful for postgraduates, aspiring postgraduates, general practitioners, interns, nurses and midwives, who deal with these clinical scenarios. The content also caters to various postgraduate entrance exams like NEETPG, AIIMSPG, JIPMER, USMLE and DNB. To realise the goal of "safe mother and safe baby", apart from the obstetric & surgical skills, the judgement to decide when to intervene in the natural process of childbirth, is equally important. "First do no harm." A comprehensive study of the anatomy, physiology, pathology & endocrinology of the female system, Obstetrics & Gynecology deals with the basic fundamental of procreating new life. There lies my fascination for this field, in the opportunity to touch lives in the most intimate way possible. Dr. Shonali Chandra MS Obstetrics & Gynecology Maulana Azad Medical College (Delhi)
