About the channel
For the last 10+ years I've been on my own healing journey - I started my YouTube channel as a way to document my experience preparing for and recovering from double jaw surgery, and have continued to share the ongoing process of learning to manage chronic illness and uncover the root cause of long-term health/hormone issues. And since horses are a huge part of my life, they'll be making an appearance as well :) Thanks for being here and coming on this journey with me!
