About the channel
Our mission is to change working lives by influencing attitudes and behaviours towards mental health. We do this through providing tailored programmes delivered through facilitated workshops and e-learning to individuals at all levels within an organisation to understand, manage and promote mental health. We empower organisations to manage workplace mental health through knowledge building, skills development and cultural change. Our customised programmes will raise awareness of mental health issues, discuss appropriate language and challenge myths and assumptions in order to raise overall literacy around mental health and equip employees with the knowledge, skills and confidence to have conversations about mental health.
