Hi, I’m Mick. I am a British joiner, carpenter, and workshop educator. After nearly 50 years working on the tools, I’ve stepped away from the daily grind of on-site fitting to move full-time into the workshop. Now, I’m sharing five decades of hard-earned sawdust, sweat, and joinery experience with an audience eager to learn real woodwork and practical DIY. Forget standard project builds—everybody is doing those. From my workshop, I create videos focused on the stuff that actually matters: master-level tips, proper techniques, and honest, straight-talking tool reviews. Whether I'm putting professional gear through its paces or breaking down a complex joinery trick, my goal is to give you the confidence and skills to get making.
