About the channel
Previously "Language Travel Adoptee". Master any language on your own terms. Hey there, I'm Emily! I've coached language learners of all different backgrounds, levels, and proficiencies using the Mindful Fluency Method, my signature coaching method that helps solo learners make their learning effective, sustainable, and enjoyable for life (done their way, not according to someone else's expectations). All my videos incorporate elements of this method and aim to help you do the same! Here, you get: 1. Encouragement/mindset shifts when your doubts block your vision to your language confidence and goals. 2. Less discussed topics about learning struggles, mental health, and honest progress. 3. Strategies to make language learning more joyful, sustainable, and effective for life.
