About the channel

Welcome to the Monolith. This channel began with a trip to Switzerland. I went there to see a stone monolith by a lake, carved with personal reflections. When I arrived, it was no longer open to the public. So I started this channel instead. If the monolith itself could not be reached, then the ideas behind it still could. Here, I explore psychology, mythology, philosophy, culture, and modern conflict through symbols, stories, and archetypes. From ancient myths to modern films, games, and history, I examine how belief, certainty, fear, and identity shape individuals, communities, and entire societies. These videos are for anyone who enjoys thinking deeply about the world; whether you’re searching for meaning, questioning what you’ve been taught, or simply curious about why stories and ideas have such power over us.
