About the channel

My name is Nicole & I have lost 130lbs. I share the easy weight loss tips, small changes & quick, easy meals that helped me drop the guilt around food, enjoy the journey & lose the weight for good! I started this channel because I spent most of my life struggling with weight & emotional eating. I tried for many years to lose the weight but kept failing because I was using unsustainable methods & had so much guilt around food. I want to share my journey & inspire others to stop making weight loss a punishment. Start small, start now, be consistent & know that you got this & you're worth it!
