About the channel
Hi, Nige aka Tarmacsoftee here welcome to my Cycling and Outdoors vlog. My cycling journey has not been without its challenges, health, fitness, Mental health. Most of which you will hear about and see in videos on this channel. But despite all the challenges I am still here and still planning bigger and more ambitious cycling adventures. Stay safe, enjoy your cycling but have fun...Nige ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Follow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NigeAyers/ Instagram: www.instagram.com/nige_ayers/?hl=en ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Brands looking to collaborate contact me canowitha1@googlemail.com -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
