Dr. Oleksandr Stepanenko Founder, Inventor, Precision Robotics Expert I am the founder of ONMIKRO Inc., a Montreal-based robotics company building a platform for high-value microautomation across healthcare, life sciences, quantum technologies, electronics, photonics, and beyond. I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine. I was invited to École de technologie supérieure in Canada for postdoctoral work in applied precision industrial robotics and was also a visiting researcher at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany. With 20 years of industry and research experience, I have co-authored 20+ peer-reviewed papers and am an inventor on 10 issued patents. I have developed, built, and deployed a variety of precision robotic systems, created metrological devices, and developed methods for improving industrial robot accuracy. I also led biotech robotics and laboratory automation projects for stem cell therapy and diagnostics.
