About the channel
Hey, I'm Sandy—writer, thinker, soft chaos queen, philosopher wannabe, and professional overthinker. I started One Hot Mess because I was tired of tiptoeing around real life. I talk about the stuff people avoid: crying yourself to sleep, feeling invisible, awkward flirting, loneliness, wanting sex, rolling into places no one expects you to be, and showing up anyway. You'll also find disability perspectives, accessibility insights, relationships, budgeting, life lessons, interesting facts, and the occasional rabbit hole I couldn't resist exploring. Expect: • Storytimes that don't hold back • Real conversations about life, disability, and relationships • Accessibility and independence tips • A little sass, a little softness, and a lot of truth • Zero perfection. Zero pity. Just realness. If you're into messy honesty, dark humor, weird joy, and seeing life from a different perspective, welcome to One Hot Mess. Subscribe. Stay weird. And don’t apologize for being too much. Ever.
