About the channel
The Open Voice Network's two core initiatives are part of the LF AI & Data Foundation. The Open Voice TrustMark Initiative and Open Voice Interoperability Initiative are committed to developing the technical standards and ethical usage guidelines for conversational AI technology. The two projects are independently governed and funded non-profit open source communities. The Open Voice TrustMark Initiative is open to all who are interested in promoting and creating ethical solutions to make conversational AI worthy of trust — promoting ethical principles across focus areas of privacy and security, media and entertainment, health and wellness, and consumer education. The Open Voice Interoperability Initiative develops specifications and software that enable conversational AI voice and chat assistants to collaborate, using a standard messaging API.
