I am an engineer, lifelong athlete, and recovering overachiever with the gift of gab here to share how I changed my life for the better. It is my goal to share the lessons and knowledge that my past self needed to hear to find a state of balance and live as my most organic self, so I can help you do the same. Expanding my awareness of self was the key to massively changing my internal state and thus my life for the better - so that is what I am here to do for you. I truly believe that every human on this planet is meant to live as their truest, most organic version of themselves and pursue their deepest desires, without fears or limiting beliefs holding them back.
