About the channel

I started this after being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Sound was the first thing that reliably helped my mind settle, so I began building my own, shaping tones and textures until a restless brain could actually rest. That's still the whole point of this channel. These aren't stock noise loops. Every piece is built by hand in Logic Pro. I compose and mix a slow ambient layer myself, then rest it over carefully phased tones that shift across the session instead of droning on unchanged. Some are made for sleep, to carry you through the whole night. Others are made for focus, for the hours when you need to think without the noise in your own head. The same craft, two times of day.
