Darren Paltrowitz is a Long Beach, New York resident and licensed Private Investigator with over 20 years of entertainment industry experience. He began working around the music business as a teenager, interning for the manager of his then-favorite band Superdrag. Since then, he has worked with a wide array of artists including OK Go, They Might Be Giants, Mike Viola, Tracy Bonham, Loudness, Rachael Yamagata, and Amanda Palmer. Beyond co-hosting "The DLR Cast" with Steve Roth, Darren is also the host of "Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz," which -- as of June 2025 -- airs regularly via 150+ TV stations and OTT carriers, plus key podcast and digital networks. His third book, "DLR Book," was released in 2024 via Backbeat Books. The "Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz" reaches over 150,000 unique viewers per month across its TV, OTT, YouTube and podcast platforms.
