About the channel

Welcome to Parenting with Palak, a channel where I share my thoughts on Positive Parenting. I am also sharing my personal experiences and journey through in vitro fertilization (IVF). My mission is to provide a safe space for those struggling with infertility to feel heard, understood, and supported. Through my episodes and podcasts, I open up about the emotional and physical pain of infertility and the IVF process. From the highs and lows of injections and medication to the heart-wrenching disappointment of failed attempts, I am transparent about the realities of IVF. I am committed to sharing my story in a raw and authentic way, holding nothing back. I want to provide a realistic portrayal of what it means to go through IVF, including the toll it can take on one's mental health, relationships, and self-esteem. Through my journey, I hope to inspire others who may be going through a similar experience to keep pushing forward, even when the journey seems impossible.
