About the channel

In 1999, Jeremy Gilley founded Peace One Day, a non-profit organization, and in 2001 Peace One Day’s efforts were rewarded when the member states of the United Nations unanimously adopted the first ever day of global ceasefire and non-violence on 21 September annually – Peace Day. Peace and other issues of global concern - Climate Action, Anti-Racism and the mobilisation of youth - are all intimately connected. Today, Peace One Day marks four critical days in the global calendar: Anti-Racism Live 21 March, Climate Action Live 21 June, Peace Day Live 21 September and Space Transformers Live 21 December.
