Lectures on various topics in physics. The primary goal of these videos is to help the viewer understand, not to (simply) entertain. Videos on topics like general relativity and classical mechanics assume a fair amount of mathematical skill and physics experience on the part of the viewer. "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler" (quote often attributed to Albert Einstein) ---David Brown In the interest of transparency: I'm a professor of physics at NC State University (in the eastern part of the US) with a PhD in physics from the University of Texas at Austin. All of the information in these lectures can be found in standard textbooks, or derived directly from standard results in those texts.
