About the channel

Welcome to my page! There are a variety of videos to check out. Mostly inspired moments here in the home studio, but also some live performances, and some guitar/bass duos. I'm always shooting for more live performances on here. Mainly straight-ahead jazz, but there are also a few tasty funk grooves, are also some more experimental things as well. For more, please visit my website at https://www.samcrain.com where you'll have access to my recordings and performance schedule. My recordings can be found at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdh8s961tIUSTDzYO6kY6OA, and at most all the digital companies out there. Hope you like the sounds!

"All records on this channel are original transfers I made from my own collection. Equalization is wrong on some of them and bass is too hot, but I otherwise tried to keep them fairly natural sounding, including the background noise inherent in the media."
