These productions have raised tens of thousands of dollars for nonprofits while drawing millions of viewers to reimagined classics and contemporary activism. Crawford directed and starred in The Room Returns, a one-day tribute to Tommy Wiseau’sThe Room, featuring Bob Odenkirk and Greg Sestero and executive produced by Mike Flanagan. He is also a musician and member of the band Never Sorry, alongside School of Rock cast members Rivkah Reyes and Joey Gaydos Jr., and actor Rob Raco. Crawford co-owns The Language and Music School in Oak Park, Illinois, located in a restored historic mansion.
