About the channel

Proptiply wants to provide an information channel on property investment in Singapore. We aim to deliver the Pros and Cons of property investment and hope to educate people what are the things to look out for in the investments. The sharing videos are based on our experience, and we hope everyone does it own due diligence checks before investing in property. A wrong move can be excruciating as it might take a decade to recoup the losses. In our journey, we have a few important principles which we always used as our checklist.
