About the channel

Purl Together, is a channel of knitting tutorials as well as podcasts that endeavor to create a welcoming community for all knitters to get support and help whenever needed, both here and in our other social media groups on Ravelry, Facebook and Instagram. We encourage one another, share patterns, tips and tricks for knitting! Purl Together believes strongly in equality, inclusiveness and respect for all . Equality and respect are basic human rights, not a political opinion, but a basic tenet of humanity. We welcome all knitters, celebrating black, indigenous, and people of color, (BIPOC) as well as LGBTQIA knitters. We encourage conversation in our social media groups regarding how we can all make knitting more accessible to people of various backgrounds, races, genders, demographics, and lifestyles.
