Hey thanks for stopping by. I'm James a recreational runner with 7+years running under my belt and a Leader in Running Fitness qualification. I was out of action for a while and put on some weight, so most recently I have been filming my return to running for fitness improvements and weight loss. I quickly realised that heart rate running and the 80/20 rule of running is not really something that is pushed to beginners. Couch 2 5k seems to be the in thing for new runners right now, but I honestly feel that this method could be as useful if not better for you, so that is what I am focusing on right now. I have also launched a facebook group for all runners which acts as a community platform to motivate and grow together as a virtual running group.
