About the channel
I grew up in America in the sixties, seventies, and eighties. I know what a real Saturday morning felt like. I know what it meant to come home to the smell of dinner on the stove and cartoons on a TV the size of a refrigerator. These days I live in England, and I love it here. But there are moments when something triggers a memory so specific, so vivid, that I'm right back there. A song. A smell. A photo of an avocado green refrigerator. And I think... does anyone else remember this? That's why I started Remember This TV. This channel is my way of going home. Every week we go back to the decades that shaped us: the music, the products, the moments, the way life actually felt from the inside. Not the highlight reel version. The real thing. If you grew up in America between the fifties and the nineties, this channel is for you. And if you're someone who just loves understanding what made that era what it was... pull up a chair.
