Hi, my name is Jess Shepherd, welcome to my channel. I am a real person from the Gold Coast Australia and I absolutely love being able to assist you in this meaningful way with cognitive reprogramming and guided meditations. I started meditating when I was 10 and began training as an energy healer when I was 16. I have a double degree in Psychology and have numerous certificates & masters in therapies such as Genome, Theta, Councelling, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching. I have always been a spiritual seeker/finder and have dived deep over the past 29 years, experiencing many things that have helped develop my abilities and understandings.
