About the channel
Hi, my name is Jess Shepherd, welcome to my channel. I am a real person from the Gold Coast Australia and I absolutely love being able to assist you in this meaningful way with cognitive reprogramming and guided meditations. I started meditating when I was 10 and began training as an energy healer when I was 16. I have a double degree in Psychology and have numerous certificates & masters in therapies such as Genome, Theta, Councelling, Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching. I have always been a spiritual seeker/finder and have dived deep over the past 29 years, experiencing many things that have helped develop my abilities and understandings. I wish with all my heart to support you in your journey, and know for sure that you can uplift and upgrade your life by adjusting your energy, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. Come on this exciting journey with me as you discover how connected, powerful, and harmonious you really are. With love from my heart to yours. Jess Shepherd
