Hi, welcome to my Channel. As a Health and Fitness enthusiast I have the rare opportunity to upload videos of Elite Professional Athletes training & preparing for major races and competition just a few days before the start gun. On this channel you can watch videos of Athletes putting in the final touches to their preparations for The London Marathon, Athletics World Championships, Half Marathons & various other races.
