About the channel

Historic recordings of one of the better known amateur Opera Societies in Ireland of the 1950's and 1960's. Performances featured UK, Irish and international principals and producer, supported by a strong chorus and society. A great achievement for a small town (Pop. 2,500) at the mouth of the River Shannon.
