About the channel
Hi there, I'm Sanne! And I make videos exploring the beautiful, messy and confusing parts of being human. For years, I lived inside my head, overthinking everything, suppressing and intellectualising my emotions. I was always pushing myself towards perfection. On the outside, I had it together. But on the inside, I felt disconnected, anxious, and exhausted from constantly feeling like I had to prove myself. After everything in my life fell apart, I was forced to face what I’d been avoiding: my feelings, my truth, and the parts of me I thought I had to fix. Now, I help others do the same, to come back home to themselves, let go of the masks, feel again, and live from truth instead of fear. Thanks for being here. With love, Sanne
