Hi, I'm Sarah Corday. I first heard about Life Coaching from my mom, who hired a coach to help her get organized around the house. I then promptly forgot about it for the next 12 years. It wasn't until years later when I was living in South America that I began researching the field of study behind coaching. Since I've always been obsessed with self growth and discovery, I decided to become a coach myself. I moved back to the states, got certified, and started my coaching business in 2017. On this channel, you'll find expert tips on how to perfect your public speaking skills, especially if English is not your first language. You'll also get step-by-step exercises and instructional videos on how to create an AMAZING cover letter, prepare for an upcoming interview, or make an effective career transition.
