Scott Hamilton is the Director of Golf and Instruction at Cartersville Country Club, located in the foothills of northwest Georgia. He began working at the Cartersville Country Club as the head professional and instructor in 1993. Over the years, Scott's list of students has grown to include an elite group of touring professional golfers from around the world. On the PGA Tour, Scott currently teaches Boo Weekley, Tim Herron, Will Claxton, Steven Bowditch, and Matt Every. Scott also teaches a handful of players on the Nationwide Tour, whose list includes Lee Williams, Reid Edstrom and Scott Gardiner. Overseas, Scott is the instructor to Jamie Elson, who is a full time member of the European Tour. Scott's method of instruction includes the use of high-speed video cameras in a covered teaching studio, which ensures precise feedback that is both accurate and consistent from one swing to the next.
