I am Gurthro Steenkamp Former International Rugby Player. I retired in 2017 from the Game of Rugby and now it is my Goal to help Front Row Players and Coaches as well as Rugby players all over the World increase their Performances on the Rugby Field. I am a former World Cup, Super Rugby, Currie Cup and Top 14 Champion; All these trophies were great but it was the Journey which was important, the lessons I have learned and the experience gained. There were times where I was lost in my career but I always bounced back. What is the Goal of this CHANNEL ? I want to inspire and help Rugby Players and People all over the World. On this challenge I will be sharing loads of great advice and experiences with you. Today I am a Scrum Coach, Front Row Specialist and ZUU Coach.
