Welcome to SharpFit for Life, I am Martin Sharp, the founder & a multi-award-winning international consultant, coach, speaker and author. At age 43, my working lifestyle led me to weigh 154kg/340lb with a 54"/137cm waist. But by age 45, I weighed just 94kg/207lb with a 32"/81cm waist. I now specialise in transforming busy and overweight business owners & consultants to become fitter, happier and more confident. As a business transformation consultant since 1993, I also understand the unique challenges you face and why up until this point, it has not been easy to fit your health into your lifestyle. I work tirelessly to ensure every engagement ended with success. When problems appeared, I'd find a solution. When not working with clients, I am a devoted husband and father to my loving and highly supportive family. Ensuring that they live a life full of amazing experiences and fantastic lessons.
