About the channel

This channel covers all things Sociology. I make 'films' that should be interesting to sociologists, sociology students, and anyone who is interested in social interaction and the structure of society. So far I've made films on Erving Goffman, Émile Durkheim, Symbolic Interactionism, Robert K. Merton's Strain Theory, the Sociology of emotions and C. Wright Mills Sociological Imagination. Moving forward, I plan to cover Eviatar Zerubavel, Howard Becker and Karl Marx. Please feel free to leave a comment if there are topics you'd like to see me cover. Contact: socialtheoryonfilm@outlook.com Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/socialtheoryonfilm.bsky.social I've been asked a couple of times recently about ways to donate to the channel. I do not expect anyone to do this. However, I won't decline it, either. If you wish to donate to STOF, please feel free to 'buy me a coffee' at buymeacoffee.com/socialtheoryonfilm
