About the channel

Welcome to my channel. As a late diagnosed Autistic ADHD person I have found research to be really helpful in understanding myself. I'm one of those super analytical autistics, who has spent most of my life trying to understand myself! Now that I have the key (autism, it was autism!) I have been looking back over my life with a new lens. On this channel I want to share stories from my life and consider how those might look different in the light of my autism traits. I'm also hoping to do some book reviews as well as considering common autistic traits and strategies we can use to improve our lives. Feel free to drop me a comment if there's a particular subject you'd like me to make a video on or if you have a question. I aim to upload new videos weekly on Wednesdays.
