About the channel

I'm a British sound engineer and sleep audio specialist who creates all the sounds you hear on this channel. So, I've pretty much spent my whole life exploring, recording and editing unique audio. Be it as a kid on my family's camcorder, or as an adult through my job using professional equipment. These days though, you'll find me taking the simplest things and turning them into captivating and relaxing noise soundscapes! And that's what this channel is. It's me basically using a range of objects found in the home, trying to extract sounds from them, ASMR-style (pot tapping, straw blowing, carpet scratching). Then, through editing and sound manipulation, I mix these with audio from my MIDI keyboard and raw field recordings (rain, waterfalls, wind) to make videos to help people with sleep, relaxation and studying.
