About the channel

The Special Needs Collaborative is comprised of members from various organizations and family members of people with disabilities. Our hope is to create a “hub” of support, providing resources and information for those working with or living in our special needs community and neighboring areas. Through collaborative efforts, we focus on improving the lives of our most vulnerable population. The SNC is proud to present Exceptional & Unfiltered, a podcast for individuals with special needs, their families, and caregivers to connect and share the wins, the worries, and all the joyful moments in between. Check back on the 1st and 15th of each month for new episodes!
